How to edit your mailing list:

 

1. Log on to the website, using the login ID and password provided to you by LTM Publishing. You receive this information by email. Please be advised that we cannot provide login IDs and passwords over the phone, by fax or to any email address other than the one we have on file.

 

 

 

 

 
 
 

2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see your name and customer ID number along the top of the page, along with the number of mailees on your mailing list.

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 

 

3. The names on your list appear 10 at a time down the left-hand side of the page. To click to the next page, look for a purple arrow to the right of the word “NEXT”. This will allow you to navigate to the next page.

 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 

4. To add a new record, click the green ADD NEW RECORD button and enter the information in the fields on the right side of the screen. If you do not select a version, it will default to Standard. The SORT FIELD area automatically defaults to your mailee’s last name unless you choose otherwise. You do not need to fill in this field. Please be advised that all information entered up to the ZIP CODE field is what appears on the envelope. Please do not use these fields to enter any extra information such as phone numbers.

 

5. If you need to edit a name, click on the name and the mailee details will appear on the right-hand side. Simply edit the necessary information, and click SAVE CHANGES. If the change is recorded successfully, you will receive a message saying “Record Successfully Updated”. Click on “Update List” to view your names again. (This will take you back to the same set of 20 names that you were working on.)

 

6. If you need to delete a single name, click on the name and the mailee details will appear on the right-hand side. Click DELETE RECORD. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the record. If you do, click YES. If you don’t want to delete the name, click CANCEL and the name will not be deleted.

 

7. To delete a group of names, click the boxes on the left and click the red DELETE MARKED button. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the names. Make sure that only the names you want to DELETE are selected. Once you delete names, they are permanently erased and cannot be retrieved. To view your updated list, click the “SHOW ALL RECORDS” button that appears near the top left of the page.

8. Changes can only be made ONE PAGE AT A TIME. If you select a group of names on one page and then click to the next page, you will lose your previous selections.

9. To change the version for your ENTIRE list, use “Set Version To” and click the pull-down menu to select your version.

 

10. To change select names, use the “UPDATE MARKED” button that appears on the left above your mailee names. Select which names you would like to update by clicking the box next to the name. Then choose which version you would like these mailees to receive by clicking the pull-down menu next to the “Set Version To” button and then click UPDATE MARKED.

 

11. If you have selected a group of names on a page for updating or deletion and want to view those names only, click the SHOW MARKED button.

 

 

 

 

12. To print your list, click on the red PRINT button that appears on the upper right-hand side of the page. (You may need to scroll over to the right to see it, depending on your browser setup.) A new browser window containing your entire mailing list will open. The list can then be printed by simply clicking on your browser’s print button

13. The EXPORT button is used if you want to export the mailing list to your computer’s hard drive to be used as a mail merge file. The instructions are provided when you click the button. Please do not contact LTM Publishing for help with this feature. You should contact your company’s IT or Help Desk department for further assistance.

 

 

 

14. Once you have completed editing your mailing list, you need to approve it. There is a red bar that appears at the bottom of the page. (You may need to scroll down to see it.) On the red bar is a white button that says “I approve all names in this ENTIRE list for production.” Click that button to approve your list. DO NOT CLICK THIS BUTTON UNTIL YOU HAVE VIEWED YOUR ENTIRE LIST. The button is not meant to be clicked with every page, only AFTER you have gone through each page of mailees. Remember, names only appear 20 at a time. (1 through 20, 21 through 40, etc.)
