Folding

Normally, we send you your newsletters unfolded, which is ideal for waiting areas
and displays. However, if you prefer, we can pre-fold them for you, which makes
it easier to insert them into envelopes.

Newsletters can be folded:

• in half, to fit into a 6" x 9" envelope
• twice, to fit a standard business (COM-10) envelope

Note: A set-up fee applies to each issue for which you request folding.

 

Envelopes

If you require envelopes to mail out your newsletters, we can provide you with:

• 9" x 12" envelopes, which allow you to mail newsletters without having to fold them.
• 6" x 9" envelopes, which require the newsletters to be folded in half.
