List Submission - In order to provide you with Mailing
Services, you must send us a list of names and addresses.
You can do this in one of many ways:
Enter the addresses yourself on our Self-Serve Mailing website. There
is no set-up charge. All you need is
a web browser.
Send us your Mailing list in a data file. It must be in a format compliant
with our list submission guidelines.
A set-up charge applies. After your list is set up, you can make changes
to it on our Self-Serve Mailing website.
Send us a text copy of your addresses, and we will do the data entry for you. A per-address data entry charge and a set-up charge is applicable.
List Maintenance - Occasionally, you will need to review, add, change and delete names from your mailing list.
Use our website for maintenance:
• No charge.
• Add, change, delete, review, print out or export your list.Use your fax for maintenance:
• A fee is charged every issue.
• Fax in a form with all the changes you need to make to your mailing list.
• 20 changes per issue are free, additional charges apply with subsequent changes.
• A Master Mailing List is sent to you annually at no charge.
• You can request a Master List at any time for an additional cost.
NOTE: Set-up fees are charged on the first order, maintenance fee applies after the first order.
